Do You Hear What I Hear? Christmas Single for Ukraine.

Do You Hear What I Hear? was composed by Gloria Shayne with lyrics by Noël Regney in 1962 as a plea for peace during the Cuban Missile Crisis. Inspired by this history, 23 year old classical singer Sophie Clarke is releasing the same song 60 years later for Christmas 2022, this time in aid of Ukraine.

Sophie was further inspired by the news that Liverpool will be hosting the Eurovision Song Contest on behalf of Ukraine next year. “I was actually singing in Chester with the Rhos Orpheus Male Voice Choir in a concert for Ukraine the night that Liverpool was selected. I felt extremely proud and know that our great city will do a tremendous job.”
